Draw three lines on the floor. Lines 1 and 2 should be approximately 5–6 meters apart, while the finish line is placed a bit further away from line 2. Participants are divided into two groups. One group lines up along line 1, the other group along line 2. The balls are placed on the floor along line 2.

On a signal from the leader, both groups run simultaneously in the same direction. The group that starts at the back picks up the balls and tries to hit someone from the other group before they reach the finish line. If a runner is hit after they have crossed the finish line, the hit does not count. Both the thrower and the runner need to be quick.

Variations

  • The starting position can be varied, for example, by having everyone lie on their stomach, back, bottom, or in other initial positions.
  • By increasing the distance, it becomes harder to hit opponents, while the intensity also increases.
