Gladiatorball

Team game with a ball against multiple targets where tactics and cooperation are important.

Divide the group into two teams and set up multiple targets with cones around the field. Each team attacks the opponents' target cones and scores when the scoring ball hits one of the two cones that make up a goal.

In addition, you can use one or more "poison balls" similar to dodgeball. When a player is hit by a poison ball, they are "poisoned" and must move to a healing zone (free/base area) before they can rejoin the game.

Variation

To prevent one player from "owning" the poison ball for too long, you can introduce a rule that the ball becomes "poisonous" for the thrower after it has hit an opponent, meaning the thrower themselves must go to the healing zone after a hit. The game can also be played with three or more teams, and works well both on skis and skates.

You can introduce one to two healing balls. The team can then throw a healing ball to a "poisoned" teammate, who recovers when they get hold of it, thus avoiding having to go all the way to the healing zone before resuming play.
