Relay with four to six participants per team. The teams stand in a line like a train, with approximately one meter distance between each participant. The first person in each team holds a ball and passes it backward between their legs to the next person. The second person does the same to the third, and so it continues until the ball has passed through the entire line.

When the last person in the line receives the ball, he/she runs to the front and stands first in the train with the ball in their hands. The relay continues in the same way until the person who originally stood first has returned to the first position. Then the team is finished.

Variation

  • The ball can be passed backward in various ways:
  • Use balls of different sizes, weights, and friction to make the game easier or more challenging.
  • Some may benefit from balls with sound.
