Two teams play against each other. If you are unable to set up a rope or net, two players can hold a rope to act as a net. One team stands on each side of the rope.

The game begins when a player ‘serves’ the ball over the rope. The teams try to hit the ball over the net without it touching the floor on their own side of the court. If a team manages to make the balloon hit the floor on the opponent’s side, they score a point. The opposing team then serves.

The activity can be made more challenging by adding more balloons to the court at the same time.

The game is played for a set period of time, and the team with the most points when the time runs out wins.
