Sled relay

Each team has one sledge. The first member of the team sledges down the hill and over the finish line, gets up, picks up the sledge and runs back up about 10 metres. There, he or she hands the sledge over to the next participant, who runs on for about 10 metres to the third, and so it continues in teams up the hill.

The passing of the sledge continues all the way to the last person in the line at the top of the hill. From there, the next person in the team sets off and sledge down the hill. The relay continues in the same way until everyone on the team has sledged across the finish line.
