Sling Throw

Practice ball skills, coordination, and a sense of achievement. This exercise is also well-suited as a recess game.

Participants line up in a row. If there are more than ten participants, form two rows. The first person in line throws the ball against the wall with a sling throw, spins 360 degrees, and tries to catch the ball again. Then, the participant passes the ball to the next person and goes to the back of the line.
Once 360 degrees is manageable, they can try to spin 540 degrees and catch the ball backward, with their back facing the wall. For those who master this, the next challenge can be 720 degrees (two
Variation
- Vary both the throw and catch, for example:
- Use a smaller ball for a higher degree of difficulty.
- Increase the distance to the wall if it becomes too easy.
