  • Open space
  • Ball

Within a designated area, participants are allowed to throw softballs at each other. If you get hit, you are out of the game until the person who hit you gets hit themselves. It is not allowed to take more than three steps with the ball.

Start with one ball and quickly introduce another. Eventually, you can try with more balls, depending on the group's level and comfort. To increase activity, a bonus task can be introduced for those waiting to re-enter the game (for example: 10 sit-ups, 10 jumping jacks, juggling a ball, jogging back and forth along the line, or similar).

Variation

  • Increasing the number of balls also increases the intensity.
  • Older children often find it extra fun to play with large fitness balls.
