Mark a playing field as shown in the figure. The distance from the throwing line to the pins should be approximately 7 meters. Set up three pins with about 50 cm between each. It's an advantage if there's a wall a few meters behind the pins.
One participant acts as the pin guard and must prevent the pins from being hit. The guard stops the balls with their hands and feet. After a participant has thrown, they must immediately retrieve the ball and return to the throwing line before the next throw. If the ball remains within the pin guard's area, the guard can "catch" the thrower by touching them. The guard can only catch a thrower when all three pins are standing. If a pin is hit, the guard must first set it up before they can catch anyone. The one who is caught within the area becomes the new pin guard.
Variation
If it becomes too difficult for the guard, you can use a larger ball or reduce the distance between the throwing line and the pins.
